Qatari Emir leaves Beirut after attending opening session

Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left the Arab Economic and Social Development Summit, heading to the airport after attending the opening session.

This as the Emir originally came to only attend the opening session, President Michel Aoun’s speech and to reiterate his support before leaving as previously planned.
