Aoun: Lebanon will follow up on summit’s decisions, strive to implement them

President Michel Aoun asserted on Sunday that the decisions issued by the Arab Economic and Social Development Summit will contribute to enhancing the Arab joint action, adding that they form "an advanced step on the road to securing an integrated Arab economy."

Aoun also announced at the end of the fourth session of the summit that Lebanon will follow up on these decisions during its presidency of the summit and in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Arab League.

“We will strive to implement them and invest them, in order to secure more brilliant social and economic conditions for our peoples, and to move forward in the process of advancement and prosperity which is considered one of the peace’s factors,” he added.
