Moody's downgrades Lebanon's rating from negative to stable

Rating agency Moody's Investors Services downgraded Lebanon’s rating to stable from negative.

This comes after Moody’s warned in December 2018 in its periodic report from the risks of not forming a Cabinet in the short time and implementing reforms.
