Sudan appoints Mustafa Youssef as finance minister -statement

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir appointed Mustafa Youssef as finance minister to replace Moatazz Moussa, who was also prime minister, a presidential statement said on Sunday.

Bashir dissolve the central and state governments late on Friday.
