Minister Jreissati concludes official visit to Paris

Minister of State for Presidential Affairs Salim Jreissati concluded on Friday his visit to Paris in preparation for the establishment of the "Human Academy for Convergence and Dialogue" launched by President Michel Aoun in his speech to the UN General Assembly in September 2017.

Jreissati ended his visit by holding talks at the Elysee Palace with French President Emmanuel Macron's advisor Aurelien Lechevallier.

Lechevallier congratulated Jreissati on the formation of the new government and conveyed Macron's greetings to President Aoun, stressing “the special importance that President Macaron attaches to Lebanon and his directives to activate the bilateral cooperation between at all levels.”
