Health Minister Jamil Jabak visited the northeastern border town of Arsal, where he was welcomed by residents with flowers and music.
Jabak revealed the signing of a decision to build a government hospital in the region, noting that they are working with the Lebanese Red Cross and humanitarian organizations to compensate for the deprivation endured in the village.
