Civil Defense members helped on Sunday morning an elderly man with special needs in reaching a polling station in the northern city of Tripoli.

This as LBCI accompanied the Civil Defense members, the elderly man on the wheelchair and his brother to the polling station where it appeared that despite the given instructions to facilitate the voting of people with special needs, some polling stations were not equipped for them.
