President Aoun follows up on Tripoli’s by-elections
President Michel Aoun followed up on the by-elections that are taking place in the northern city of Tripoli.
Aoun received a series of reports from the concerned security apparatuses about the turnout and the security situation surrounding the polls.

The president also stressed the need to provide the appropriate atmosphere for holding the polls calmly and to facilitate the voting of the citizens in order to allow them to exercise their democratic right.
