The budget of 2018 set an amount of LBP 100 billion as a budget for free schools and LBP102.113 billion for education institutions.
These large amounts are being allocated for institutions, a number of which are fake by the admissions of the concerned ministers.
More than LBP 300 billion can be saved if the waste reservoirs were defined and the fake contracts were abolished, including those related to fake free schools.
