The debate between the Future Movement and the Free Patriotic Movement have calmed down, at least in form.
After Future Movement sources accused Judge Peter Germanos of acquiring a political protection from Defense Minister Elias Bou Saab, accusations targeted Judge Hani al-Hajjar blaming him of protecting Sheikh Bassam al-Tarras, former Mufti of Rashaya, who had been charged of belonging to the Islamic State.
