Finance Minister meets with World Bank delegation
Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil met on Monday with World Bank Regional Director for the Middle East Saroj Kumar Jha on top of a visiting delegation.

The WB official praised the passing of the state’s Budget and the serious discussions over financial reforms.
He also hailed the Minister’s efforts in preparing the 2020 state’s Budget within the constitutional deadlines.

Discussions also featured high over the joint projects between Lebanon and the World Bank.
 
Kumar Jha emphasized on the Bank's support for the economic sectors.
