WhatsApp decision will affect both callers and recipients

It appeared that the decision to impose a daily 20-Cent fee on WhatsApp or any similar application will affect each subscriber whether if he or she was calling or answering the call via the data provided by the two mobile networks and not via Wi-Fi as a first stage.

This decision is equivalent to $ 6 per subscriber per month.
