Al-Aawar to LBCI: Every word said before the verdict in Samaha’s case has repercussions
Change and Reform bloc MP Fadi al-Aawar told Nharkom Said on Tuesday that the Lebanese-Syrian relations have experienced a slump lately.

Al-Aawar said that the successive blows dealt to the Syrian regime could not topple it, adding that fighting showed that no one will triumph and that dialogue is the only solution.

“Arabs are defeated in nature and are not qualified to carry out reforms in their countries or to face Imperialism”, he said.

Speaking on the issue of Former Minister Michel Samaha, al-Aawar said that speculating on the case prior before the issuance of the verdict is “erroneous". Al-Aawar called on all parties to wait for the results of the investigations “since every word said would have repercussions on the Lebanese scene”.
