Attempt to smuggle cocaine from Brazil thwarted
The Internal Security Forces Central Anti-Drug Bureau issued on Saturday a statement in which it said that a man was arrested for attempting to smuggle 20 kilograms of cocaine into Lebanon from Brazil.
The man was arrested on 26/10/2019 and is identified only by his initials as G. F. (born in 1992) of Venezuelan nationality.
Interrogation is ongoing with the man under the supervision of the concerned judiciary.
