MP Cesar Abi Khalil told LBCI on Wednesday that the reaction that followed the statements made by President Michel Aoun during the interview on Tuesday night appeared to have been prepared beforehand, adding that in case this was true, it proves that the main objective is obstruction and collapse of the public institutions.
“Yesterday’s incident in Khaldeh is unfortunate and we call for justice to take its course in this regard,” he added.
In this context, Abi Khalil stressed their complete rejection to violence in all of its forms, renewing their objection to blocking roads and targeting the military institution.
