Over the past two weeks, a new phenomenon appeared during the popular protests staged in the streets of Beirut, represented by the use of fireworks and firing them in the direction of the security forces and the Lebanese army.
From outside the Parliament building to the Ring Bridge and Cornishe al-Mazraa, different forms and sizes of fireworks were used.
