The formation of Lebanon’s next Cabinet returned to square one four weeks after the start of the formation process.

While Prime Minister-designate Hassan Diab insists on forming a technocrat Cabinet made of 18 ministers, Speaker Nabih Berri reiterates his stance about the need of a techno-political government.
