Sakr refers Information report to Abou Ghida, Sayyed expected to hold conference afternoon

Former Minister Samaha’s interrogation session started on Tuesday at the Military Court around 2 pm.

Earlier in the day, government envoy to the Military Court Judge Sakr Sakr transferred to the First military investigation Judge Riad Abou Ghida the report which he received from the Information department about the presence of a dignitary in Samaha's car during the latter's transfer of weapons to Lebanon, National News Agency correspondent at Justice Palace, Huda Minaam reported.          

The report added that Sakr asked Abou Ghida to interrogate Samaha about this case to enable them to take the appropriate legal measures.        

Accordingly, Gen. Sayyed is expected to hold a press conference at 4 o’clock in the afternoon at the Galeria hotel, in Jnah, Beirut, where he will tackle the case of the former Minister Michel Samaha and other issues.

In this context, Military Magistrate Riad Abu Ghida will be holding a court session Tuesday afternoon to pursue the interrogations with Former Minister Michel Samaha in the presence of his attorney Sakhr El Hamchem.
