PM Diab says solutions to country’s crisis not difficult

Prime Minister Hassan Diab said on Friday that the economic situation in the country and all sectors suffer from major difficulties.

“But we have to bear a little bit in hope that the new government can make an achievement that will lead the country out of its crisis,” Diab said during a meeting with a delegation from Economic Committees.

Diab also said that "solutions are not difficult," voicing hopes that the economic cycle will be restored in the country.

As for the recent protests taking place across the country, Diab said that “those destroying institutions are distorting the image of the real protest and its reformist goals.”
