Rai from India: First page of Apostolic Exhortation opened
The Maronite Patriarch Mar Beshara Boutros Rai arrived on Wednesday to India in a 5-day pastoral visit to the Syro-Malankara Catholic church in the Indian State of Kerala.           

Upon his arrival, Patriarch Rai went to the Malankar Archbishopric located in the capital, where he was welcomed by priests, nuns and students.           

Following prayers at the Archbishopric church, Rai said that “today, the Maronite church opened, with the Malankara Church the first page of the Apostolic Exhortation, titled ‘Communion and Witness’.”
