Qahwaji meets with Hajjar, Abdel Aziz
Lebanese Army Chief General Jean Qahwaji met on Thursday with MPs Mohammad Hajjar and Qassem Abdel Aziz at his office in Yarzeh, and discussed general situation.       

Qahwaji also received a delegation of the parliamentary Zahle bloc and praised the efforts deployed by the army to preserve security and stability, mainly the operation conducted by the army and led to the release of hostage Fouad Daoud. The delegation stressed the bloc’s support for the military institution that aims at extending the authority of the State.
