After receiving information about a suspicious package sent via a fast shipment company to an Arab State, the Lebanese Intelligence Directorate was able to confiscate the mentioned package, revealing that it contained two 100-Kilo cylinders, inside which 20 kilos of various narcotics were found.             

Accordingly, the Intelligence Directorate was able to arrest the sender of the package, traced to the Shtoura region. He was identified as Syrian national Bassel Jaafar Zaytoun.            

The smuggled drugs were confiscated and an investigation in the case was launched.
