UN Belgian contingent awarded with Peacekeeping medals

UNIFIL Deputy Force Commander Brigadier General Patrick Phelan chaired a ceremony where he awarded UN Peacekeeping medals, on the behalf of Un Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, to members of the Belgian contingent.

The ceremony was attended by the Belgian ambassador to Lebanon Colette Takeyh, a diplomatic delegation from the embassy and representatives of security and military apparatuses.
