Arabi expresses support for Lebanon and Lebanese people

The Arab League Secretary General Nabil al-Arabi called Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour and expressed his support for Lebanon during this critical situation, stressing the need to preserve civil peace.

Arabi denounced the assassination of Brig. Gen. Wissam al-Hassan and those who died with him in the Ashrafieh explosion.

Arabi stressed that the Arab League will always stand by the unity of the Lebanese people, offering his condolences on behalf of the League and hoping that Lebanon will cross this phase and maintain its security and stability.
