REPORT: Riad al-Solh incident: The protesters confirm, security forces deny

Calm prevailed over Riad al-Solh Square where the sit-in tents remained despite the bad weather.

The protesters noted that the weather brought many troubles this time, driving them to bring tires to fix the tents and prevent the wind from causing damage.

On the other hand, the Square witnessed on Thursday evening another trouble, when security forces wearing official and civil uniforms attacked two young protesters, 17-year-old Carl Abdelmalek and 16-year-old Ayman al-Zayn.

Clear signs of beating appeared on Carl and Ayman's bodies.

In this context, the National Liberal Party files a lawsuit against the Parliament's police who immediately denied having any relation with the incident.
