Raad: current government committed to a political strategy

“Loyalty to the Resistance” Bloc, MP Mohamad Raad, stressed on Sunday that the initiative remains in the hands of the resistance movement which shall come out a winner, both in Lebanon and Gaza. He added that the Israeli enemy dares not to attempt any attack on Lebanon.

Over the cabinet issue, Raad considered that if the necessary conditions were available for it, the government would have achieved a better outcome. Moreover, he indicated that the current government is committed to a political strategy that preserves stability as much as possible amidst the difficult circumstances surrounding the country. "It is not Hezbollah’s government but rather Hezbollah is part of the current government," Raad added.

Raad's words came during a commemoration of "Ashoura" held by Hezbollah in the town of Mashghara in South Lebanon on Sunday.
