Judge Saqr overturns decision to accept al-Mokqaq bail

State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr overturned the decision of the military court to accept the request to release Maher al-Mokdad on a 5 Million LBP bail.

The Mokdad Clan spokesman Maher al-Mokdad and several members of the family were arrested in September during raids on Beirut's southern suburbs and other areas.
