Citizen hit by car on Elias Hrawi highway, culprit turns himself in

Elias Youssef Barakar, born in 1937 and hailing from the town of Mazraat al-Siyad was instantly killed when a car driven by Pierre Koshaya Maalouf hit him on the Elias Hrawi highway on Monday morning.

The culprit called the Internal Security Forces and turned himself in.
