REPORT: Iranians, Saudis offer assistance to displaced Syrians in Lebanon

The distribution of aid to displaced Syrians in Lebanon continued on Monday. The Higher Relief Commission in the Sports City received the second batch of assistance granted by the Islamic Republic of Iran to displaced Syrians and Palestinians, including foodstuffs, cleaning supplies and blankets.

In Akkar, the delivery of the third batch of assistance composed of 5,000 heating devices offered by the Saudi National Campaign kicked off in support of displaced Syrians.

Displaced Syrians are in a state of constant waiting; waiting for help which could ease their plight, and awaiting a political solution that would allow their safe return back to their homeland.
