Egypt's opposition supporters protest over recent arrests

Hundreds of Egyptian protesters rallied in Cairo on Friday to demand the ouster of the nation's embattled Prosecutor General, after a court ruled that his appointment by President Mohammed Morsi was illegal.

The protesters clapped and banged drums outside the office of Prosecutor General Talaat Abdullah, which was covered in chains and posters that read: "Leave."
