Speaker Nabih Berri undergoes surgery

Speaker Nabih Berri was admitted to American University Hospital on Friday night where he underwent a minor surgery to remove liver stones.

Berri is expected to leave the hospital on Saturday.

According to information made available, Physician Mohammad Jawad Khalife performed the surgery.
