Woman run over by truck miraculously survives

A truck loaded with sand ran over 44-year-old citizen Dalal Ghazi Shakif, while she was crossing the highway in the region of Taalabaya.             

The woman was severely injured and immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, while the truck driver escaped to an unknown destination.             

Security forces rushed to the scene and launched an investigation in the case then reopened the road which was blocked by a heavy traffic jam caused by the accident.
