Rai calls for forming a new cabinet capable of holding elections

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rai called on Sunday from Sao Paolo, on all politicians in Lebanon to abandon their personal and factional interests and to assume their responsibility in finding a new electoral law which preserves the rights of all the Lebanese people living abroad.

However, Rai called for a new cabinet capable of holding the elections on its due date, in order to prevent the country from facing economic, living and security crises, stressing the need to find a solution for the issue of the Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
