ISF publishes Coronavirus preventive measures while using means of transportation

The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces published on Friday on its Twitter account a list of preventive measures that Lebanese citizens must abide by while using means of transportation in order to curb in the spread of Coronavirus.

When using private or public cars:

- To wear a face mask

- To adhere by the maximum number of passengers (4 passengers including the driver)

When using buses or vans:

- To adhere by the maximum number of passengers (50% of capacity)

- To wear a face mask

When using motorbikes:

- No more than one person is allowed on each motorbike except for family members (one person only)

Members of the same family are exempt from wearing face masks inside their vehicles.

If a driver is alone in the vehicle, she/he does not have to wear a face mask.
