Baroud: EMB is the cradle of reform

Former Interior Minister Ziad Baroud said Tuesday that he has not gone yet into the details of the electoral draft law put forth by Interior Minister Marwan Charbel.

Baroud told Nharkom Saiid TV show that he welcomes Charbel’s adoption of all reform articles included in the proposed law of the National Commission on Parliamentary Electoral Law, stressing that the independent Electoral Management Body (EMB) is “the cradle of reform”.
