New crisis: No bread available in some bakeries today

Head of the Syndicate of Bakery Owners in Mount Lebanon Antoine Seif stated on Tuesday that “there is a shortage in wheat stocks in some bakeries because the shipments are still in territorial waters.”

“Bread is not available today because some bakeries don’t have flour,” Seif revealed in an interview on Voice of Lebanon radio station.

He voiced hopes that “the crisis would be resolved soon.”
