An Israeli official says Cairo talks ended; Rafah operation to proceed according to plan: Reuters

A senior Israeli official said on Thursday that Israel has expressed its reservations to the mediators in the Gaza ceasefire talks regarding Hamas' proposal for a captive release agreement and that this round of negotiations in Cairo has concluded.

The official added that the Israeli delegation will leave Cairo and that Israel will proceed with its operation in Rafah and other parts of the Gaza Strip according to the plan.
