REPORT: Assir appears in video taken before Abra clashes

A video has been spread on social media websites depicting Ahmad al-Assir and his supporters attacking and violently torturing a citizen, while another video was also released but showing on the other hand Lebanese Army soldiers attacking a detainee.

In this context, the army command issued a statement whereby it declared that the soldiers shown in the video were arrested.
