Salam holds several meetings, tackles general situation

Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam held a meeting on Wednesday at his residence in Msaytbeh with the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Derek Plumbly with talks featuring high on the local and regional situations.

Separately, Salam met with a delegation from the Alliance of Palestinian Factions in Lebanon under the chairmanship of the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Liberation Organization in Lebanon, Fathi Abu al-Ardat who stressed that Palestinian factions inside the country are adamant on abiding by the dissociation policy.

Salam also met with the adviser of former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Daoud Al Sayegh as well as former deputy Hussein Yatim.
