Jumblatt urges security apparatuses to coordinate, put an end to security chaos

The head of the National Struggle Front MP Walid Jumblatt said on Thursday that the growing involvement of Lebanese parties in the Syrian conflict will cause further security breaches across Lebanon.

In a statement to al-Anbaa website, Jumblatt denounced the murder of the Syrian writer Mohammad Darrar Jammo, calling on the concerned security apparatuses to arrest and prosecute the criminals.

Commenting on the growing security incidents including murders, kidnappings and explosions, Jumblatt stressed that the different Lebanese security apparatuses must fully coordinate to put an end to the security chaos rampant throughout the country.

On another note, Jumblatt urged the authorities to implement necessary measures in order to settle the case of the Syrian refugees, such as establishing refugee camps to shelter them and organize their movement within Lebanon.
