Fire breaks out in Akkar, no injuries reported

A fire broke out on Tuesday in a region located between the towns of Berkayel and Aioun el-Ghezlan in Akkar, northeast of Lebanon.

Residents called on the concerned authorities to exert efforts to extinguish the fire for fears that the flames would reach residential areas.

Although the cause of fire remains unknown, it has not resulted in any reported injuries yet.
