Layyoun voices surprise over stalled budget discussions

Culture Minister Gaby Layyoun said on Wednesday that “the Change and Reform bloc’s position on the issue of the STL funding stems from respect of the constitution and Lebanese laws; we will voice this position during the cabinet session.”

Layyoun told Voice of Lebanon that President Michel Sleiman will be more embarrassed if he does not commit to the constitution, voicing surprise over the delay in discussions on the budget.
