March 14: How could the LAF enter Arsal and not Siddiqin?
Following its periodic meeting, March 14 General Secretariat announced that important political stances will be declared during Tripoli’s festival taking place on Sunday 27. Speaking on Tuesday’s blast in the village of Siddiqin, March 14 said that the Lebanese Armed Forces have the duty to urge the government to reveal the truth.

March 14 wondered how the LAF was able to enter the Bekaa town of Arsal, but was incapable of entering the Hezbollah stronghold of Siddiqin.

“The LAF cannot enter Siddiqin to launch an investigation before Hezbollah’s security apparatuses cleared the area and told the Lebanese public opinion their own version of the story”, March 14 said.

With a sarcastic tone, the Secretariat added: “Tomorrow they will pretend that it was just a gas tank that detonated.”
