ISF arrest car theft gang

The Internal security Forces reported on Wednesday that the Lebanese Police arrested three members of a car gang operating in the regions of Metn and Keserwan.

The ISF issued a statement in which it said that the men were identified as two Syrians, and one Lebanese national, adding that they were arrested on August 5 and 6.

The suspected thieves focused on stealing Toyota FJ Cruiser's and Tacoma's, according to the ISF statement.

Only one Toyota Cruiser with a license number 264221/B stolen from Dbayyeh has so far been recovered.

Investigations are underway with the three arrested men to identify and locate other gang members.
