Abboud: Mikati thinks he is the President

The Minister of Tourism Fadi Abboud described the funding of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon as being illegal, adding that PM Mikati is now acting as if he was the President of the Republic.

Abboud in an interview to Nharkom Said on LBCI said that the Higher Relief Commission illegally spent billions of dollars on development projects, calling on the concerned officials to impose the spending law either through the cabinet or any other governmental institution to control all spending.
