Sleiman: Lebanon characterized by public liberties

President Michel Sleiman said, before a delegation from the organization of Human Rights, that Lebanon is not only characterized by its democratic system, but also by its commitment to public freedoms, counter-terrorism, and the rejection of violence and fanaticism.

Sleiman said that he will submit suggestions on the cluster bomb prohibition to the Arab League in order to urge Arab governments to sign this treaty.
