Crises plan features high in Grand Serail meeting

A meeting was held Wednesday at the Grand Serail in the presence of caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati and the head of the Higher Defense Council, under the sponsorship of the United Nations Development Program. The meeting aimed at discussing a national plan set up to respond to crises and disasters.

In this context, the plan focused on means to deal with a hypothetical explosion in Beirut through cooperation between all concerned ministries and security apparatuses.
