LF leader Geagea says Hezbollah’s involvement in Syria is a defeat

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea said on Thursday that “frustration is the real enemy of the Lebanese people,” and said: “A few days ago, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was flaunting a victory that was not materialized”.

LF leader Geagea said in a speech he delivered in Maarab that “Sayyed Nasrallah’s involvement in Syria was a defeat, mainly since Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will not stay in power under any circumstance”.

Separately, Geagea noted that the army-people-resistance formula is no longer present, adding that it was replaced by the army-people-institutions formula.
