Jumblatt: Dialogue sole exit from current crisis

National Struggle Front Leader MP Walid Jumblatt highlighted on Thursday the importance of internal dialogue as the sole means to address divisive issues and overcome the current crisis.

Jumblatt also stressed the necessity of preserving stability and civil peace and steering clear of tension.

Jumblatt’s statements came after his meeting with Jeffrey Feltman, U.S. assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs, in the presence of U.S. ambassador Maura Connelly, during which they tackled political developments in Lebanon and the Arab region.
