Minister Layoun expresses FPM’s rejection to presidential void

Caretaker Culture Minister Gaby Layoun said on Tuesday that Lebanese President Michel Sleiman and Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam may not form a cabinet if they already know that it will not be granted the confidence of the Parliament.

Following the Change and Reform Bloc’s weekly meeting, Minister Layoun expressed the bloc’s rejection to extending the mandate of President Sleiman as well as the rejection of void at the presidential level.
